Delivery and payment

Products delivery:

It is done through the courier companies we work with (Dragon Star, DPD, Poșta Atlassib or Urgent Cargus)

Delivery time:

Orders placed until 16:00, we guarantee to be sent the same day. Delivery time is generally maximum 24 hours, anywhere in the country.

If the product ordered by you does not arrive within 2 business days (Sunday is not a business day for courier companies), please let us know this and we will do everything possible so that the desired product arrives in a timely manner to you.

Product payment:

• Through refund system (when you receive the product from the courier)
• Online payment using the card (Mobilpay)
• Payment order (receive proforma invoice after order confirmation) *
• Personal delivery of products *

Personal teaching is possible from our warehouse in

• Bd. Tudor Vladimirescu nr. 41, sector 5, București, vis-a-vis Petrom gas station

Deposit schedule  

• Monday- Friday 10-16
• Saturday 10-12 (only at the customers' request)

In the case of PF, it is done doar with the advance payment of the invoice by order of payment / deposit in the bank account at a cashier ING.WE DO NOT accept cash transactions from PF.

In the case of legal entities, the handing over can also be done with the payment in cash, when the products are delivered.
